Thank you for visiting Hypnotic Hustle. By using our website [www.hypnotichustle.com] (the “Site”) and purchasing from our store, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please review them carefully.


1. General Provisions

Your company, Hypnotic Hustle, VAT No. LV40103619001, located at Ezermalas street 6-K3, Riga, Latvia, LV-1006 (hereinafter referred to as “the online store”), provides the content and sells goods available on this website according to the terms outlined below.

Purchases made through the website are considered to be part of a Distance Contract, subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia, including but not limited to, the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, Regulations on Distance Contracts issued by the Cabinet of Ministers, and other applicable regulations.


2. Purchasing Terms

Prices and specifications of products sold in the online store are provided next to each product.

To place an order:

  1. Add your selected products to the shopping cart.
  2. Fill in the required information and choose the preferred delivery method.
  3. The total cost, including delivery, will be displayed on the screen
  4. Before submitting the order, you have the option once more to review or change (you may also use the "Back" button on your web browser) any information on the order summary page, or to cancel the purchase.
  5. Proceed with payment to complete the purchase.

3. Payment Terms

The currency for transactions is Euro (EUR). Payments can be made via the following methods, provided by the secure payment platform Maksekeskus AS (makecommerce.lv):

  • Payments via Latvian banks: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, and Luminor
  • Payments via Estonian banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
  • Payments via Lithuanian banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
  • Payments via Finnish banks: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästöpankki
  • Visa/Mastercard payments
  • Apple pay payments

Note: When paying via online banking, confirm your order and click the “Return to Merchant” button.

Personal data required for processing payments is passed to the licensed payment institution, Maksekeskus AS.

The contract becomes effective upon successful payment to the store’s bank account. If for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled, the buyer will be informed, and the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days of notification.


4. Shipping Terms

We offer shipping to the following regions:

  • EUROPE: Free shipping on orders over €200.
  • INTERNATIONAL: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on DPD rates and your delivery location.

Shipping times vary by location:

  • Baltic countries: 1-3 business days
  • Poland, Finland, Sweden: 2-5 business days
  • Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Germany: 3-6 business days
  • Denmark, France, Italy, United Kingdom, Romania, Switzerland: 4-8 business days
  • Bulgaria, Croatia, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Greece: 5-8 business days
  • Rest of the world: 14-21 business days

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/DPO/FPO addresses, or to Russia.

The buyer is responsible for any duties and taxes applicable at the delivery destination. Shipping costs are displayed before confirming the order. Standard delivery takes 3-8 business days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 30 calendar days, with prior notice to the customer.


5. Right of Withdrawal

Buyers have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, unless exceptions apply (e.g., custom-made products). Returns are not applicable for legal entities.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must only be used for its intended purpose. The buyer is responsible for maintaining the product’s quality and safety during the return period. If the product is used inappropriately or damaged, or the original packaging is missing or significantly damaged, the store has the right to reduce the refund amount according to the product’s depreciation.

To return a product, submit the Withdrawal Form available here, and send it to hypnotichustle@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless the return is due to the product not matching the order (e.g., wrong or defective product). Products must be returned to the seller without delay, and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal form is submitted.

Upon receiving the returned product, the store will refund all payments within 14 days, unless the buyer selected a more expensive delivery method than the store's standard option, in which case the store is not obligated to refund the additional cost.

The online store is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.


6. Processing of Personal Data

The online store processes only the personal data necessary to fulfill orders, such as name, email, and address.

We transfer personal data to transport service providers to ensure delivery.

If you have explicitly agreed to receive our marketing communications, we may occasionally contact you with service information and special offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications by contacting hypnotichustle@gmail.com.


7. Dispute Resolution

In matters not covered by these Terms, the buyer and seller will follow the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

If a dispute arises between the seller and buyer, the parties will attempt to resolve it through negotiation or correspondence. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

Consumers also have the right to approach European Union dispute resolution bodies.
